The main components of duck plasma protein powder are divided into three parts: low molecular weight peptide, medium molecular weight protein (albumin) and high molecular weight protein (immunoglobulin). The results showed that the feeding effect of middle molecular weight part and high molecular weight part of plasma was similar to that of whole plasma protein powder group, and the effect of immunoglobulin group was better.
